PRODUCTION FACILITIES
With corporate offices located in Phoenix, MarketFare Foods manages three production facilities throughout the United States in three distinct geographical areas: Phoenix, Arizona; Salt Lake City, Utah; and Fredericksburg, Virginia. Capacity for both frozen and fresh product is available at all of our facilities for food production.

We routinely conduct HACCP, Food Safety, GMP, and Specific Risk Material handling audits, and stay current with new and innovative quality procedures and technologies.

(GMP) TRAINING
Our associates know that quality and safety come first at MarketFare Foods. Associates receive documented GMP training as part of their orientation and annually thereafter. We focus on quality and food safety every shift, every day. At MarketFare it’s never the “other guy’s” job: each associate is individually responsible for ensuring all standards are met.

PRODUCTS & PACKAGING
We produce a wide variety of freeze-thaw and fresh sandwiches, burritos, wraps, chili, cheese and other sauces. All can be produced in a variety of packaging configurations including: poly, paper, foil, carton and other custom formats.

We build strategic vendor partnerships with quality suppliers. Our purchasing power and expertise allow us to price leverage our raw materials and packaging purchases.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
Inventory control and food safety control capabilities are aided by our state-of-the-art information systems. Our food safety systems are maintained and tested frequently with exceptional results.
LOGISTICS
Our multiple locations allow us to choose the facility with the least landed cost to produce for our customers. Our broad customer base allows us to use full truck and combination loads to achieve lower shipping costs.
